Westhampton is billing?

  • Westhampton War Memorial Ambulance Association Inc. now bills for ambulance transports to the hospital.

  • If you are a resident of Westhampton, you will not be billed for your copay/coinsurance.

  • If you are a resident, insurance payment will be accepted as payment in full.

 

What do I do if I receive at Statement?

  • Read the bottom of the statement there should be a message regarding your account with more specific details.

  • We may need your up-to-date insurance information.

  • We may need your auto insurance claim # if you were involved in an auto accident.

  • We may need your workers’ compensation insurance information if you were transported/treated due to a work-related injury.

  • We may need you to sign a form allowing us to bill your insurance company.

 

How do I provide my insurance?

  • You can mail back the form that was sent to your address at 8610 Main Street Williamsville NY, 14221.

  • You can call our office at 716-204-3350.

  • You can update your insurance information online at: https://4pab.com/

When can I call the billing office regarding my statement?

  • Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am- 4:30pm.

 

If I am not a resident of Westhampton, how can I pay my copay?

  • You can mail a check to 8610 Main Street NY, 14221

    • Pay to the order of: Westhampton War Memorial Ambulance Association Inc.

  • You can pay over the phone just call 716-204-3350.

  • Please sign and send it back, so we can then process your claim.

Who does Westhampton’s billing?

  • Westhampton utilizes a third-party billing service- Professional Ambulance billing, LLC to handle all billing related matters.

  • We can be contacted anytime during our customer service hours Monday through Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
